یہ قرآن مجید کا اردو ترجمہ ہے۔ آں سوے افلاک کے اس شہ پارۂ ادب کا حسن بیان تو کسی دوسری زبان میں منتقل کرنا ممکن نہیں ہے۔ مصنف نے ، البتہ اس ترجمے میں یہ کوشش کی ہے کہ اس کا مدعا نظم کلام کی رعایت سے اردو زبان میں منتقل کردوں ۔ تراجم کی تاریخ میں یہ ا یہ اس لحاظ سے پہلا ترجمہ قرآن ہے کہ اس میں قرآن کا نظم اُس کے ترجمے ہی سے واضح ہو جاتا ہے۔ اس کے لیے مزید کسی شرح و وضاحت کی ضرورت نہیں رہتی ۔

This is an exegesis (tafseer) of the Quran in the English language by Javed Ahmad Ghamidi. It is not possible to entirely translate the majesty and grandeur of a masterpiece of a divine revelation, Javed Ahmed Ghamidi has however attempted to translate it into English language keeping in view the coherence (nazm) of the discourse.
This set includes 5 volumes of the complete Tafseer of the Quran. The annotations are mostly a summary of Imam Amin Aḥsan Islahi’s exegesis Tadabbur-e-Quran. There are, however, many places where Javed Ahmed Ghamidi holds a different view or provides further explanation.
