Introduction to the Book:

This book is a collection of writings based on the teachings and insights of the respected scholar Javed Ahmed Ghamidi. These articles were written intermittently during the author’s tenure as the editor of the monthly magazine Ishraq. Some writings are derived from Ghamidi’s conversations, some from his written works, and some from his speeches. The collection reflects the author’s understanding and is written by his pen, which may mean that some of Ghamidi’s words might not have been fully comprehended or conveyed perfectly. Nevertheless, the author feels greatly honored to have the opportunity to record the thoughts of one of the greatest scholars of Islam in modern times. This work is done with a sincere desire for the welfare of the religion and nation. If it serves any purpose, the author prays that God accepts it.
